1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

     

      • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

      • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We Free shiping across India.

       

        • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5-7 business days to reach most locations in India.

        • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer (7-10 business days).

      (Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or unforeseen circumstances like weather/strikes.)

      3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

      4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. The Fashion Creation is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

      5. Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged:

         

          • MANDATORY: As per our Return Policy, you MUST record an Unpacking Video showing the condition of the package upon delivery.

          • Without an unpacking video, we cannot claim insurance from our courier partners or offer you a replacement.

          • Please contact us immediately at thefashioncreation234@gmail.com if you receive a damaged package.

        6. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
