1. Overview Thank you for shopping at The Fashion Creation. We are committed to delivering the best quality women’s wear. However, if you face any issue with the product, we are here to assist you.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. MANDATORY Unpacking Video Policy To ensure a fair resolution for claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items, an opening video of the package is COMPULSORY.

 

    • No Video, No Return/Refund: We will not accept any return or refund claims for damaged or missing products without a proper unpacking video.

    • Video Guidelines:
      • The video must start before opening the package.
      • Show the shipping label clearly on the camera.
      • The video must be uncut and unedited (from opening the seal to checking the product).

       

        • If you find any damage or wrong product, show it clearly in the video.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy) We maintain strict hygiene standards for our products. Please note the following specific restrictions:

 

    • Panties: Due to intimate hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are NOT accepted on Panties. All sales for panties are final.

    • Bras & Western Wear: These items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

4. Eligibility for Returns (Bras & Western Wear Only) To be eligible for a return on returnable items:

 

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    • You must provide the Order ID and the Unpacking Video.

5. How to Initiate a Return If you meet the criteria above, follow these steps:

 

    1. Email Us: Send an email to thefashioncreation234@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    1. Attach Proof: Attach your Unpacking Video and photos of the product (if damaged).

    1. Approval: Once reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

6. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected:

 

    • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • Rejected: If the item is found used, damaged (without video proof), or missing tags, the request will be rejected.
